Do you like to help people? Do you believe that service is its own reward? If yes, then we’d like to meet you. Volunteers are the core of our organization! We presently are in need of people for the following positions:
- Kitchen helpers prepare sandwiches and lunch bags, and pack soup and hot meals (no cooking involved). Hours from 8:30 to 11am.
- Writers affix client name labels to meal and soup lids, and lunch bags. Hours from 8:30 to 11am.
- Drivers drive their own vehicle on a route no more than ten miles from our kitchen. (There is no reimbursement for gasoline.) Hours from 10:45am to 12:30pm.
- Runners accompany the driver and take the meal into the home. Hours are the same as drivers.
